Refund policy

All sales are final but do drop us an email at hello@bholisarees.com with your concern and we will do our best to resolve.

 

POLICY

Returns are accepted only for those products that have a defect. If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at hello@bholisarees.com with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will fully refund the amount after the our team checks and verifies the defect.

 

RETURN ITEM CONDITION

  • The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons
  • The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted

 

NON-REFUNDABLE

  • Customized products cannot be returned
  • Return request that are not raised within 24 hours of receiving the product would not be accepted
  • Products bought during sale and/or with discount coupon are non-refundable

 

CANCELLATION

  • If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped
  • If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will fully refund the amount
