Refund policy
All sales are final but do drop us an email at hello@bholisarees.com with your concern and we will do our best to resolve.
POLICY
Returns are accepted only for those products that have a defect. If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at hello@bholisarees.com with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will fully refund the amount after the our team checks and verifies the defect.
RETURN ITEM CONDITION
- The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons
- The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted
NON-REFUNDABLE
- Customized products cannot be returned
- Return request that are not raised within 24 hours of receiving the product would not be accepted
- Products bought during sale and/or with discount coupon are non-refundable
CANCELLATION
- If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped
- If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will fully refund the amount
